- Don't be cast aside. If we cannot fix your computer using our remote services then we will come to you and fix your problems at no additional charge. If we cannot come to you, you will not be charged and we will send you full details of our analysis

Drop off to us
- No waiting for a phone call. We will diagnose your computer on arrival and inform you of the problem so you don't have to stress all day wondering
- Don't go days without. Some of those other guys will keep your computer for 2 or 3 days; we will have most computer repairs done in 2 to 3 hours!
- Don't be without internet access. If for any reason we anticipate keeping your computer overnight, we will provide you a computer to use until your computer is repaired
